The Med-x program is a physical therapy modality and should be covered if your policy includes physical therapy. This rehabilitation program is covered by most insurance plans and Worker’s Compensation programs. If your insurance carrier is not familiar with this program, ask your Med-x provider to send documentation about Med-x to your carrier.
